Every compliance workflow, laid out step by step
These are the 17 workflows a compliance program actually runs — what goes in, what happens in order, who signs, and what record it leaves for an examiner. All of them are included on every RegReview plan with setup support, and each one can be run by your team, watched by a FIN Group consultant, or operated for you.

Three ways to run any workflow
The workflow is the same in every mode. What changes is who operates it and who signs.
Do it yourself
Included
Your team runs the workflow inside the platform. Setup support is included on every plan.
Managed DIY
$199/mo
A FIN Group consultant monitors your calendar, answers questions, and flags anything slipping.
Done-For-You
From $750/mo
A consultant operates the workflows, reviews the output, and signs off on the record.
Ask these workflows a question from your AI assistant
RegReview is being opened up so a compliance officer can ask an AI assistant what is due this quarter, or send a marketing piece for review, without leaving the chat window.

What is a compliance workflow?
A compliance workflow is a repeatable sequence a firm runs to meet a specific regulatory obligation — for example reviewing a marketing piece against SEC Rule 206(4)-1, assembling a Rule 206(4)-7 annual review, or renewing a state notice filing. Each workflow in this library defines the intake, the steps, the reviewer, and the record it leaves behind.
Are these workflows add-ons or included?
All seventeen are included on every RegReview plan, together with setup support. Add-ons such as email archiving, cyber monitoring or the tax compliance suite are priced separately and are not part of this library.
Can a consultant run these for us instead?
Yes. Every workflow runs in three delivery modes: do it yourself, Managed DIY at $199 per month where a FIN Group consultant monitors your calendar and answers questions, or Done-For-You from $750 per month where a consultant operates the workflows and signs off on the output.
Do the workflows produce exam-ready evidence?
Yes. Each one ends in a record — a signed report, a findings register, a filing confirmation, an attestation log — retained to the books-and-records schedule so it can be produced during an SEC, FINRA or state examination.
Can we start with just one workflow?
Firms usually start with the calendar and one high-frequency workflow such as marketing review or attestations, then switch the rest on over the first quarter. Setup support is included, so a workflow can be turned on and configured without a separate project fee.
Which workflow should you turn on first?
Tell us your firm type and where the program hurts most. We will map the first three workflows and the delivery mode that fits your team.
