Does it deliver ADV and CRS to clients automatically?
Yes — annual ADV Part 2 offer and CRS delivery are handled with one click. Clients get a branded email with the disclosure, and the Disclosure Center stores the signed delivery receipt for the exam file.
How does it handle private-fund PPMs and side letters?
PPMs and sub-docs are versioned like ADV. Side letters are tracked with MFN cross-checks so you can prove which LPs got which economic terms — feeds directly into the InvestPrep Fund Admin workflows.
Is this included with RegReview?
